There, for the first time in the two years she has been working there as a volunteer, she saw Ranjit Shamsher Jung Bahadur Rana. Rana is a stalker, cyberstalker, and general trouble maker wherever he goes. Nina has a Restraining Order against this malicious little gnome. There are many, many people who hate Ranjit Rana, and many who have taken out Restraining Orders against him.
